Terms & Conditions
We ship all items via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. The approximate lead time for each item is stated on it’s page. Please note that this is just an estimate. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.
Occasionally we can accommodate rush orders. If you need something faster than the stated lead time, please contact us and we’ll let you know if we can make it work.
Due to the handmade nature of each piece, returns are not accepted.
Damages that occur as a result of shipping must be reported within 5 days of receipt. The original packaging must be kept in order to receive a replacement. If the original packaging is not kept, we are unable to process a replacement.
Pricing may be subject to change without any notice. If an item increases in price after you have placed an order, you will not be required to pay any extra. If a price decreases within 3 days of an order, you may request that we offer you store credit for the difference. You must make this request within 10 days of your original purchase.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
Orders that are not picked up or shipped (due to the buyer’s request) within 30 days of completion will be charged a 5% storage fee per month.
